No more splitting hairs over identity

IT CAN be a jolt to the system to realise that you have turned into a Bukowinan. I speak from experience.

Once a golden, hairless-skinned youth, the bloke who now looks at me from the mirror is swarthy, with black whiskers, dark-circled eyes and bouffant that is truly unruly in its East European lushness. It's a shock, because I was once pure Anglo.
